returns policy*

refunds are only accepted if the item is faulty (all sales are final). returns and exchanges for size swaps will be considered when customer enquires a size exchange. this can be done after contacting us with your desired size (if available) and item is sent back and has passed the quality check done by our team.

international orders*

be aware you may be subjected to customs tax which will be paid by the customer, so please keep that in mind when purchasing with us!

any items returned to us will get a chance to be sent back to the given address. if items that were sent back then returns to us will be seen as item forfeit.
